Mr. Yoon also has rich experience in corporate advisory, real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), international transactions and international investments for domestic and foreign companies. Mr. Yoon is qualified to practice law in Korea and in California. Prior to his legal career, he passed the National Diplomatic Service Examination in Korea and served as a diplomatic official in charge of international trade and international economic cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
